Refund policy

Before we file

If you change your mind before your appeal has been submitted to the Assessor, email us and we refund the full $75.

If we cannot file

If your township's filing window has closed, or the property turns out not to qualify for a residential appeal, we refund the full $75 rather than file something that cannot succeed.

After we file

Once the appeal is with the Assessor the work is done, so the fee is not refundable. The fee pays for preparing and filing the appeal, and the outcome is the Assessor's decision — an unsuccessful appeal is not grounds for a refund.

How to ask

Email ccpta@ave.nu with your order number. Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with, usually within five business days.
